Citing the numbers of various native American tribes that have been infected and died. Stating that some groups have much lower numbers because they are not eating wheat based products. Comparing Vietnam and the state of Texas. With Vietnam having three times the number of people. But Texas has nearly three times the infections and deaths. Asserting this is because of dietary differences. Such as Texans eating a wheat based diet while the Vietnamese eating a rice based diet. The wheat diet causes damage to the intestines compromising the body's ability to absorb the nutrients needed to support the immune system.

These nuts are made up of fats such as monounsaturated fats, omega-3 fatty acids and omega-6s. Also rich in proteins the National Academy of Medicine recommending 70 grams of protein daily for a 200 pound person.
