Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show discussing the Ojibwe Indians. An Anishinaabe tribe that don't follow a normal native diet of consuming a lot of wheat products. Instead they eat corn products with no gluten. Overall Indian nations are being hit at about an 8% infection rate by the Covid 19 virus. While the Ojibwe tribe only have about a 3% infection rate because they are not eating gluten. Supporting Doc's theory that the gluten is predisposing people to be affected more negatively than other groups.
