Comparing the totals in Hong Kong to the totals of the state of Arizona one of the hardest hit states in America. Contend the reason the difference is because the U.S. eats a lot of wheat products that are loaded with gluten. While Hong Kong residents consume a lot of rice with no gluten. Asserting that the gluten destroys the villi in the intestines making it difficult for the body to absorb nutrients.
