Researchers survey more than 1100 parents from across the U.S. Finding that a majority of the parents follow evidence based recommendations to avoid catching a cold. They also found that 71% of parents also try non-evidence based strategies. On average children get three to six per year sometimes lasting for up to two weeks.

Asserting that now SIDS rarely ever happens because the selenium is now in the formulas. Citing several other "wins" by Youngevity that helps reduce the incidence of several health challenges.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article about a study from Tufts University. A study of nearly 4000 adults found that those who got less than six hours of sleep daily had a higher risk of cardiovascular disease. Compared to those who got seven to eight hours of sleep those getting less than six were 27% more likely to develop preclinical atherosclerosis. They also found those getting more than eight hours of sleep had an increased risk of cardiovascular disease.
