The study of over 400,000 people those eating eggs had a 26% lower risk of hemorrhagic stroke. Also had a 28% lower risk of dying from that kind of stroke. Had a 12% lower risk of ischemic heart disease. With an overall 18% lower risk of dying from cardiovascular disease.
