Researchers at the University of North Carolina studied women and their eating habits following them for close to twenty years. Finding that women who ate a lot of barbecued, smoked or grilled meats had a 17% increased risk of death from all causes. They also had 23% increased risk of dying from breast cancer.

Contending those who aren't supplementing are deficient because there are no nutrients in the foods today. As it only takes three minerals to grow crops and the soils are depleted. Also due to damage to the intestines because of gluten intolerance those getting nutrients aren't absorbing them.

Researchers found that children are getting way too much added sugar in their diets. Finding that 99% of children ages 19 to 23 months are getting over 7 teaspoons of sugar daily. More sugar than is in a Snickers candy bar.
