Stating they are all preventable through proper diet and nutritional supplementation. Contending that most of these are also reverable through lifestyle changes and supplementation.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a survey of diabetics. Finding that nearly half don't always take their medications because they can't afford them. Three companies Eli Lily, Sanofi and Novo Nordisk control 99% of the market. There also is no generic version of insulin even though the drug has been around for 100 years. From 2003 to 2013 the price of insulin has nearly tripled.

As most drugs only treat symptoms not the root cause of the the health challenge.

Doug Winfrey and Ben Fuchs discuss a news article regarding a study of alternative diets. Namely diets where people fast for several hours daily or fasting two days a week. Finding fasting can trigger metabolic switching and evolutionary adaptation. Fasting has been linked with lower blood pressure, cholesterol and resting heart rates. Ben has been advocating fasting for decades.
