Of those 49,060 died from opioid abuse in that same year. That's more than people who died from guns or automobile accidents. In 2015 opioid sales brought in more than $9.6 billion for Big Pharma.

Stating the importance of nutitrional supplementation with all 90 essential nutrients. Because many of the nutrients need co-factors in order to be used by the body.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss new activity guidelines released by the U.S. Department of Health and Human services. The guidelines state even a little exercise is beneficial compared to no exercise at all. Adults are supposed to get 150 to 300 minutes of moderate to vigorous aerobic activity each week. Children ages 6 to 17 are supposed to get one hour of moderate to vigorous activity daily. Another chage to the guidelines now including kids 3 to 5 years old should be getting three hours of activity daily.
