Researchers found that those who three or more cups of tea that was 140 degrees F had a 90 percent increased risk of esophageal cancer. They were sure why but speculated that the hot liquid could be damaging cells on an ongoing basis.

The study looked at over 220,000 children and teens ages 13 to 25 newly prescribed either amphetamines or methyphenidates. There are currently almost 5 million people in the U.S. under the age of 25 prescribed medications the treat their ADHD.
