The foods are lean meats, leafy greens, olive oil, avacado, eggs, nuts, water, vineger, salmon and oats. Doc doesn't agree with olive oil (goes rancid), nuts (if stored improperly can get fungus), vinegar and oats (both contain gluten). Contending people should stay away from the bad foods to add healthy years to people's lives.

Supposedly to prevent SIDs (sudden infant deaths) by not allowing babies to sleep on their stomachs. Doc contends that the main stream medical industry has the cause of SIDs all wrong. Asserting that SIDs are caused by cardiomyopathy heart attacks due to a single nutrient deficiency.
