This animal study found that diabetic mice that were given Paneer dodi extracts led to a 40% to 60% reduction in blood glucose levels. The extracts also increased the production of insulin by cultured pancreatic B cells. The article recommends also that people should eat healthy diets and exercise to control blood sugar levels.
