Researchers found that rats with rheumatoid arthritis given a red chili extract had reduced inflammation. Also saw a 50 to 60% reduction in edema and prevented the development of autoimmune inflammation. Doc asserts that RA in not an autoimmune disease rather an infection with a bug call mycoplasma.

Stating that in both cases the people who died actually died from bleeding. Contending this occurred because their bone marrow died and they were unable to make platelets. This happened because the people were eating gluten damaging their intestines. Causing nutritional deficiencies leading to death of the bone marrow.

Several studies have linked long term nut consumption to lowered risk of several chronic health challenges including heart disease, diabetes and stroke. One study found that those who consumed a lot of nuts had a lower risk of weight gain and obesity. Doc asserts that nuts are good because they are loaded with omega 3 essential fatty acids.
