Stating these can all be prevented and reversed through nutritional supplementation and lifestyle changes. Stating many of these health challenges are due a deficiency in a single nutrient.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article regarding a study on cancer. Researchers put mice in a small structure that allowed very little movement for a week. Then the mice were split into two groups one group stayed in the small boxes. The other group the control group were put into larger comfortable cages. After a month the mice in the small boxes exhibited signs of depression and anxiety. These mice also had larger tumors that were growing at a faster rate than the control group.

Contending that the public was only given about 3% of what they needed to know about protecting themselves. Stating that people need to support their immune systems. They should also avoid gluten. Because gluten can destroy the bone marrow compromising the ability to make white blood cells and platelets to fight the virus.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a study of omega 3s and ADHD. Finding that children with ADHD have low levels of of EPAs and DHAs. When given omega 3 supplements the children improved their ability to focus and concentrate. Those with high EFA levels became more impulsive.
