A study of diabetic mice that were given peels from pumpkin, cucumber or tinda. Finding that all three lowered the blood sugar. With pumpkin peel working the best of the three. The study recommends that diabetics should add cucumber to their diets.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article concerning a study of organic food consumption. French researchers quizzed nearly 70,000 people about their diets and how much organic foods they ate. Those who ate the most organic foods were 25% less likely to get cancer compared to those who ate the least organic foods. This then touted as way to prevent cancer.
