Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show today discussing the fact that Europe is shutting down again another wave of the covid pandemic sweeps through the continent. Comparing Asian countries numbers with countries in Europe. Stating that the reason Europe has many more cases and deaths is because they are eating gluten. The gluten kills the villi in their intestines so they can't absorb nutrients. Without the nutrients needed to make white blood cells and platelets needed to fight the virus.

Asserting that people are dying because they are eating gluten. Killing their intestines so they can't absorb the nutrients to keep the bone marrow alive. Finding people eating a sugar rich diet had higher systolic and diastolic blood pressure in women. Also finding those who ate a cup of whole fruit were able to significantly lower their blood pressure in both men and women. Natural ways to lower blood pressure such as exercise, eat berries, drink less alcohol, cut back on salt, eat potassium rich foods, reduce caffeine intake, manage stress, eat dark chocolate, lose weight, quit smoking eat calcium rich foods and eat magnesium rich foods.
