With antidepressants only effective about 60% of the time with negative side effects it's time for an alternative. It's called "transcranial magnetic stimulation" or TMS where magnetic pulses are beamed deep into the patients brain. Changing the way depression symptoms are perceived. Patients contend it not only changed their depression symptoms they say it also reduced their pain.
