Doug Winfrey and Ben Fuchs discuss a news article on the rise in the use of antibiotics in meat production. Between 2014 and 2015 antibiotic use increased by 2%. Including ones used to treat MRSA (methicillinhy-resistant Staphylococcus aureus) superbugs. In fact 70% of antibiotics used to treat human infections are also used in meat production.
