Contending that inflammation is caused by problems in the digestive system. Stating that people should consider doing a cleanse and then introduce foods one at a time to determine which foods are problematic.

Doug Winfrey and Ben Fuchs discuss a news article regarding a study from the American Cancer Society. The study finds that although overall colon cancer rates have been going down since the mid 1980s. However the rates among younger adults namely the Generation Xers and Millenials are on the rise. Those born in 1990 are have double the risk of colorectal cancer compared to those born in the early 1950s. As well as quadruple the risk of rectal cancer.
