Dead Doctors Dont Lie 09 Jan 2020

Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show today discussing survial gardens. Comparing this to the victory gardens from World War Two. Asserting that people should plant gardens so they can have food is some sort of disaster hits whether it natrual or otherwise. Contending if or when this happens their won't be food in the stores. Because the stores will have already been overrun by the hordes. Asserting that people should also have a stockpile of Youngevity products. Enough to last for at least three to four months.

Pearls of Wisdom

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article regarding a study of health system mergers. More and more hospitals and health systems are merging to share costs. However the study found that after a merger the quality of care goes down for at least four years. Using performance measures such as readmission rates. Hospital executive tout the mergers as a way to cut costs and standardize clinical practices.
