For decades the medical industry tried to convince people that cholesterol and cholesterol containing foods are bad. Contending they contributed to the risk of developing heart disease and stroke. Finding that cholesterol containing eggs do not increase the risk of stroke. Recommending that people should however limit themselves to one egg per day.
