The company giving Keyes the President of the American Heart Association $1.7 million to promote Crisco as a healthy alternative to butter. The ad campaign outlined that butter caused plaque to form in the arteries. Which Doc states is simply not true.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article regarding a study from Greece. Finding that women who breast feed for one month to 80 months were less likely to develop heart disease. In fact one study of 300,000 Chinese women found that those who breastfed had a 10% lower risk of heart disease. Those who breastfed for two years or more had a 18% lower risk of heart disease.
