Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article concerning a study of the health benefits of coffee. The study found that coffee and caffiene actually burn "brown fat". Brown fat is brown adipose tissue is what keeps the body warm when it is burned. Brown fat was only discovered about 10 years ago. The lead author Dr. David Argus recommends one to three cups of coffee daily. But asserting that people should avoid drinking more than three cups.
