Pearls of Wisdom
Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article about a study from the University of Iowa. After accounting for age, sex, race, socioeconomic status, diet, lifestyle, BMI and disease status. Researchers found those who never eat breatfast had a 87% higher risk of cardiovascular mortality compared to those who ate breakfast every day. It has long been thought that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. This study now supports that theory.
