Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article about woman whose infant daughter waited in the ER for over 24 hours. To add to it the staff was actually rude to the woman and her child. The child had been diagnosed with hand, foot and mouth disease. When the woman tried to tell a nurse that her daughter had only drank 2 ounces of water the entire day.
