Contending the shooter Steven Paddick had been placed on anti-psychotic and anti-depression drugs. Asserting the side effects of these drugs are homicidal and suicidal thoughts. Stating that most of the mass shooters have been on these same types of drugs. But no one ever talks about this aspect of the these shootings.

The report states that middle aged people are "a ticking time bomb for heart trouble". Stating that in 2016 there were 2.2 million hospitalizations for cardiovascular conditions and 415,000 deaths. With 775,000 hospitalzations and 75,000 deaths ages 35 to 64 in 2016.
