Pearls of Wisdom

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article regarding a report released by WHO (World Health Organization). The report states that one in three women and one in four men don't get enough excercise. WHO recommends people should get at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity or 75 minutes of vigorous intesity each week.
