Doug Winfrey and Ben Fuchs discuss a news article about a new fad diet. This diet is called the water fasting diet where dieters only comsumed water several days or weeks at a time. Although Ben is a big fan of fasting he doesn't agree with fasting more than a day or two. The authors of the article warn against this diet because dieters aren't getting any vitamins and few minerals.
