Asserting that weight gain and obesity is not from lack of exercise and eating too much. In fact weight gain and obesity is due to nutritional deficiencies.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article concerning an Australian study of blood pressure medications. Study author Professor Anthony Rogers from the University of New South Wales states that 88% people aware of their condition are treated with medications. However only one in three are able to control their hypertension. The study found that a combination of four medications a quarter dose each work twice as good as a full dose of a single medication. With a lot less negative side effects associated with these medications.
