Finding that those with the highest blood levels of EPAs and DHAs had greater blood flow to the areas of the brain responsible for memory and learning. These areas are the one hit hardest by Alzheimer's disease. Recommending people should add foods rich in omega-3s to help prevent Alzheimer's disease.
