Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show discussing absorption of nutrients. Asserting that many Americans are not absorbing their nutrients even if they are taking them. Doc says children are getting covid 19 with less severe symptoms than adults. He believes this is because their guts have not yet been damaged by gluten. Doc sites China, India and the Philippines diets has indicators of absorption as it relates to how covid 19 is showing up in those countries.
