Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article regarding a part of the Nurses Health Study. Looking at data of over 28,000 women and their physical activity. Those exercising 60 minutes daily had a lower risk of developing adenomas. These adenomas have long been linked to an increased risk of colorectal cancer. If women exercised both as adolescents and later as women they lowered their risk by 24%.
