Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show today discussing a news story about a doctor who was found to have over 2200 embalmed patients in his home that he had killed. Stating that he would like to have a hair analysis of the doctor. Contending that all of these serial killers are nutritionally deficient. Stating that all of these people are missing a single nutrient.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article about vegetables that contain cancer fighting compounds. It seems that cruciferous and allium vegetables such as onions, leeks, scallions, chives and shallots all members of the Brassica genus of plants. These vegetables contain compounds that are anti-cancer, antimicrobial, anti-tumor, cholesterol lowering and blood sugar reducing properties.
